an on-line magazine dedicated to domestic violence and violence against women. She also has an annual fund at her alumni institution, the University of Hartford for Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention. She writes on the topics of domestic violence and abuse. She resides in California, USA with her husband and daughter.


Sarita N. Thomas is a single mom to a teenage daughter and caretaker for her own mother. She lives in Connecticut, USA and works for a local insurance company full time and a local theater part time. Sarita’s primary passion (besides her family) is her business Soul Purpose. Sarita loves watching movies, listening to music & reading in her spare time. She is also a contributing writer for Soul Cafe Magazine.




Burghelea-Handaric Maria-Daniela
is an attorney in Romania. She can tell you stories about her grandmother and how she would dye her hair using certain plants and how her grandmother tried to show her the old ways, but she instead was captivated by commercials showing all of their products. That legacy is lost now, but yet a gifted soul emerges who recognizes that loss. Maria wants to write about life, oneness, inspiration and to share her experiences with it all. Inspiration is our friend Maria.


Nancy J. Nelson, Ph.D
- Dr. Nelson or “Ayo” a is retired Director of Education from Eastern Washington University and has chosen to live in an RV, traveling to where ever her heart takes her and her three little dogs. Her writings speak very vividly about how society “teaches” women to protest one of the most natural processes in life – aging. She lives in Washington, USA.
