Diane’s Garlic Bread

 

Thanks to Diane for sharing her super simple recipe for making Garlic Bread.

 

Ingredients:

 

French or Italian Bread

Garlic Powder

Parsley Flakes

Sweet Basil Flakes

Grated Cheese  (optional is a 1 lb piece of Mozzarella)

Butter – Olive Oil

 

 

I slice the bread open and very generously spread both sides with butter.  Ten I sprinkle some grated cheese on both sides, the parsley, sweet basil, garlic powder and shredded mozzarella cheese.

 

Then I take the pound square of mozzarella and slice lengthwise a 2″ piece and then break of pieces and drop them over the bread.

 

I then drizzle the bread with olive oil, close the bread together, wrap in foil and lightly spray with Pam.

 

Bake at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes, then enjoy!
